In preparation for HMRC’s forthcoming shift to ‘making tax digital’, RfM is very proud to announce the launch our own bespoke cloud accounting package, RfMplus+.
Designed to give business owners and managers more control of their business bookkeeping, and cut down the time they have to spend on onerous admin tasks, RfMplus+ uses the powerful Kashflow platform as its foundation.
Manage your business finances, wherever, whenever
The key plus points of RfM’s new accounting system are ease of use, accessibility – all you need is your login details and an internet connection – and the range of clever features additional to its core bookkeeping function. Imagine being able to log on via your smartphone to create a branded quote whilst sitting in a meeting with a customer. And, once the job is complete, converting that quote to an invoice you can email with a few clicks of the mouse.
“Since the advent of the online tax return, we’ve embraced technology as a means of making life easier and improving accuracy for our clients,” said Gillian Isibor, Partner at RfM’s Preston office.
“We appreciate that many owners of smaller businesses will also do their own bookkeeping, as well as other tasks like producing quotes and invoices. RfMplus+ is designed for those people who aren’t accounting professionals – and who don’t want to be spending more time than they absolutely have to on paperwork.”
We’ll help you move to the cloud
RfMplus+ will be available to all new clients whilst existing clients will be invited to move over to using the new cloud accounting system.
“Clients using alternative systems such as Sage, Quickbooks or even Excel can transfer their data into RfMplus+. It’s something we can manage for them; they don’t need to input everything again or wait for a new accounting period,” said Gillian.
“For us though, as accountants, the real bonus is being able to access a client’s accounts at any time to ensure things are being done properly. We can advise if anything is amiss and don’t have to wait until we receive the records at the end of the year.
“We do offer support to clients who sign up to RfMplus+. So, although the system is based entirely online, clients have the added reassurance that they can still speak to an accounting expert if they are having any problems with their books at any time.”
