Do your business bookkeeping wherever you are
You don’t have to be sitting at your desk – or any desk for that matter – to keep on top of your business finances. As the applications are hosted in the cloud, you can log in and use them anywhere that you have access to the internet. If you want to work remotely, or have staff in different locations, you can still do your bookkeeping, create quotes and invoices, generate reports, check your bank accounts and more.
And, if the worst happens and your hardware goes haywire (a nightmare for small businesses), you can breathe again with the knowledge that your accounting data is safe in the cloud.
Remote access also allows your accountant to access your financial data if they need to, for example to prepare your end of year accounts, generate reports and create tax returns.
